Elizabeth Watson Presented with Hall of Fame Award
RE/MAX Realty Affiliates agent Elizabeth (Shorrock) Watson has recently been presented with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which honors successful agents who have earned more than $1 million in commissions during their careers with the company. Fewer than 23 percent of all RE/MAX affiliates have earned this prestigious award.
She has been awarded the RE/MAX 100% Award every year for the past six years. It honors agents who have earned gross commissions between $100,000 - $249,999 during the previous year.
Watson earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation given by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. She also earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations through an intensive two-week course in Vienna, Austria.
She is experienced in short sales and foreclosure properties, and holds the Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations.
In 2015, she was one of seven RE/MAX Realty Affiliates agents recognized as the Top 10 Women in Real Estate in Northern Nevada by the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Northern Nevada Chapter. Agents were chosen based on their sales achievement, community service, provision to the real estate industry and service to the success of professional women.
Watson grew up in Northern Nevada, graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Business Administration/Managerial Science and raised her son here.
RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, a locally owned and operated RE/MAX franchise, was recently named the RE/MAX Southwest Region Brokerage of the Year.
