Carrie Kester and Stacey Berger Earn CRS Designation
RE/MAX Realty Affiliates (RRA) agents Carrie
Kester and her partner Stacey Berger have earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of
Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National
Association of REALTORS®.
“Continuing education is essential for Realtors, especially in today’s
market,” said RRA Broker/Owner Amy Lessinger. “Carrie and Stacey have always
gone the extra mile in continually educating themselves and gaining
supplementary knowledge to provide top notch, exemplary service to their
clients.”
With more than 25 years of combined
experience in real estate, Kester and Berger have consistently been top
producers in the Northern Nevada market. Prior to becoming REALTORS, they had
successful backgrounds in customer service, sales, project management and
Internet technology. The skills they developed in these positions formed a
strong business foundation that has helped them excel in the real estate
industry.
REALTORS®
who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have
demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. At
RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, 44 percent of the agents hold their CRS designation,
while only 10 percent of agents in the United States hold the designation.
Fewer than 40,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.
RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, a locally owned and operated RE/MAX franchise, was
recently named the RE/MAX Southwest Region Brokerage of the Year. And it ranks
among the top 50 large brokerages in per-agent productivity, based on home
sales data from 500 top firms in the prestigious 2017 REAL Trends 500 survey. For more information, visit www.RenoToTheMax.com
